barre3
Every studio. Every city. One platform.
What we
walked into.
barre3 had a strong national brand but weak local digital presence. Studio pages were afterthoughts buried three clicks deep on the corporate site. Local search was owned by competitors and aggregators. Franchise owners had no way to promote their own classes, workshops, or events without going through corporate marketing, which took weeks and killed momentum.
What we built.
We rebuilt the local digital layer from scratch. Every studio got a dedicated landing page ecosystem: homepage, class schedule, instructor bios, workshop calendar, and community page. All managed through a franchisee-friendly CMS that enforces brand guidelines while giving studio owners real control.
Local SEO was the priority. We built a citation management system across 80+ directories, implemented review generation workflows, and created studio-specific content calendars targeting local fitness search terms. Each market got a keyword strategy tailored to its competitive landscape.
The brand strategy component connected national marketing to local execution. Campaign assets, seasonal promotions, and challenge launches flow from corporate to studio pages automatically. Franchisees opt in, customize for their market, and publish in minutes instead of weeks.
What we shipped.
Studio Page Ecosystem
Every franchise location gets five dedicated pages: home, schedule, instructors, workshops, and community. Managed locally, governed centrally.
Citation Management System
Automated listing syndication across 80+ directories with ongoing monitoring. NAP discrepancies flagged and corrected before they hurt rankings.
National-to-Local Campaign Flow
Corporate builds the campaign. Studios customize for their market. One click to publish. Seasonal challenges, teacher training events, and promotions deployed in minutes.
Review Generation Workflow
Post-class email and SMS prompts drive review volume. Sentiment routing sends happy customers to Google, unhappy ones to a private feedback form. Reputation managed at scale.
What happened.
Our studio owners finally feel like they own their local marketing. They can promote a weekend workshop in three minutes without calling anyone. That changed everything.
