Just Love Coffee Cafe
Every cafe. Every city. One platform.

What we
walked into.
Just Love had 40+ locations running on a patchwork of WordPress sites, some built by franchisees, some by local agencies, none talking to each other. Menu pages were outdated. Hours were wrong. Half the locations did not even show up in local search. The brand looked different at every URL. Corporate had zero visibility into what was live and what was broken.
What we built.
We migrated every location to a unified KynectLocal platform. One design system, one CMS, one source of truth. Franchisees update their own menus and hours through a locked-down editor that cannot break brand standards.
Local SEO was a cleanup operation first. We audited every location listing, corrected NAP data across 80+ directories, and built location-specific content targeting neighborhood search terms. Each cafe got a dedicated landing page optimized for "coffee shop near me" queries in their zip code.
We built a menu management system that lets each location publish their own specials and seasonal items without touching the template. Corporate sees every change. Franchisees feel ownership. Nobody calls IT.
What we shipped.
Unified Platform Migration
Forty-plus WordPress installs consolidated into one managed platform. Same URL structure, same speed, same uptime. Zero downtime during the migration.
Franchisee Self-Service Editor
Menu updates, hours changes, and event promotion without a support ticket. Brand-locked templates mean franchisees cannot go off-script, but they still feel in control.
Hyperlocal SEO Content
Every location page targets neighborhood-specific search terms. Not just city names. We target districts, landmarks, and commute patterns that drive actual foot traffic.
Centralized Analytics
Corporate dashboard showing traffic, top pages, menu views, and local search performance for every location. Monthly reports auto-generated and sent to franchise development.
What happened.
We went from having no idea what our websites even looked like to seeing every location on one dashboard. The cleanup alone was worth it. The growth that followed was a bonus.
